You retain all rights to your content, assets and/or intellectual property you provide in order for me to complete your video(s).
AI Transparency:
- I will never use generative AI in the creation of your video(s).
- I do all the editing myself. (please see the tools and services I use below.
- If you want absolutely no AI used in the production of your video(s), just let me know, and I will do everything myself. :)
- Otherwise, if you're ok with it, there may be the use of AI assistance for tasks such as background removal via Canva or audio processing via Auphonic, if required.

Cancellations & Refunds
You're free to cancel my editing services after purchase and receive a full or partial refund, if I haven't sent you a completed video for review.
- You can cancel and request a 100% Refund, if no editing work has begun.
- You can cancel and request a 50% Partial Refund, if editing work has begun.
- If I have sent you a completed video for review, you can no longer request a refund, as you have received a completed video, and I have fulfilled the purchased service.
You have up to 90 days to request a refund. If it's been over 90 days since your payment was sent, a refund request can no longer be processed by the payment processor.
