- This ADD-ON purchase can only be applied to a single video project.
This is NOT a required purchase.
- You can gather your own clips and provide them to me for free.
- It's actually best if you do this yourself and provide me with all the potential clips you want included in your video, because you know your audience, content and brand better than I do.
Cancellations & Refunds
You're free to cancel my editing services after purchase and receive a full or partial refund, if I haven't sent you a completed video for review.
- You can cancel and request a 100% Refund, if no editing work has begun.
- You can cancel and request a 50% Partial Refund, if editing work has begun.
- If I have sent you a completed video for review, you can no longer request a refund, as you have received a completed video, and I have fulfilled the purchased service.
You have up to 90 days to request a refund. If it's been over 90 days since your payment was sent, a refund request can no longer be processed by the payment processor.
